Although the fact that its nice and easy to come use the computers at the library (as i am on a tight budget and rather save my dosh for young and interseting things like Vegas and peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches then spend on internet cafes, as i do spend most of the time staring at the screen with blank expressions, and the rest of it slowly touch typing) i cant wait to never have to come here again!! today has been testing my patience beyond belief. it started with a smell that lingered for ages that i will not let myself go into, just know i dont need to eat for a while. Then i was one of those annoying people to talk on my mobile while here, but hey ringtone was silent. But while i left the computer area to try and be considerate to others, the dude next to me swapped over our chairs so i am now sitting at a very wrong angle, did he not know that i could see him! then the library staff were in a panic as there was a stray dog and they in desperate attempts to find its owner, oh yes you bet i got asked! do i look like that kind of person. and now i biting my tongue as the chick next to me keeps getting calls on what i can only assume is a new mobile as she has no idea how to answer it. ring ring. cracks me up when you hear someone answer their phone and its still ringing!
i really am too cool for a place like this.

so construction guys really do still yell out ridicili remarks. this morning i got told that i wasnt their style, which was followed with a Ricky Martin Whopahhh! ont you slap ya footy theighs at me. oh no really i am gonna beat myself up about not being your style, how hilarious.get a real job. thats so 1997!!!

i have to take it back as i really am as cool as i think, horraayyy i have started to hear from America which is making the end goal so close now i can nearly smell it (remembering that i dont actually smell in public but will be thinking about it).
got incredibly pissy on weekend, didnt do anything just boozed it up!
was so stoked to recieve soem phonecalls from Brookie On The Other Side Of The World! lastnight. If you are at the Strokes no matter where that so means i need a phone call. but chicki dont waste it by telling me the price of chicken and turkey, we all know that chicken is not a vegetable!
got thongs on my feet today, i a happy girl

Where theres fruit, theres a way

i am sure that there are a couple peps out there that would find this story funny and i cant believe that i hadnt mentioned it earlier......
the other week i had the usual crazy weekend at Jess' house and thought it time i venture back to Black Rock come Sunday afternoon. So she walking me out the gate , which opens out to a fairy busy street come that time of day, as there are randoms all over the place leaving the doof doofs around the corner and the markets (ps get ya meat off my street). and i look down to my left where i see a towel layed nicely on the footpath, with a nice display of books on it!! umm excuse me! and a hand written sign that was flapping in the wind reads....'HELP YOUR SELF, they're free!!!'
aauuggh i screamed "you must always tell me about this" and Jess replies " you must always just come across it"
how hideously hilarious is that. she has inspired me to set up a lemonade stand, how stoked would you be after a huge night out, when ya mouth is dry but cant possibly drink anymore water.....and then hello homemade lemonade! (how hard is it to believe that i could and have climed a ladder for some lemons?)

something just a crazy is the fact that i have been getting into the olympics, well only as far as the swimming but hey i dont usually do sport! sure i am only doing it to keep my boss, who is soaking up the sun in Mondavio, up to date with it but i did infact consider setting my alarm for 3 this morning to see some final.... what is wrong with me? i've never met a girl so wrong! swimmin will be over soon right? oh i hoping but get the feeling Foxtel and numerous childrens dvds will get me through.

i am dying to hear from the States, starting to think i might not be as cool as first thought!

well thank god my irregular sleeping habits are back, back baby back i tell you!! i feel great because of it. so am i unemployed? working? or on holidays? the thing is i have no idea what the answer to that is, which is great, its fantabulous in fact. having no resposibilities is my second name. i changing first name to Cherry (although some would argue Bindi is more fitting-thanks Dad).......Cherry no responsibilities, nice to meet you.
i was telling Tree about this girl that i had met a couple of times, and might i say i thought i made some kind of impression on, who had real trouble remembering my name, hmmm mistake number one! I couldve let it go as everytime we spoke it was at these parties where everyone a little pissy, but hello ....your name is my name. ok ok Katie vs Kate, but how hard is it to remember your own name, i mean i even remembered her middle name, hmmm maybe i am the crazy one... And the other weekend i ran onto some dude i know when i first moved to Melbourne, and he first of all called me Kathryn, and when seeing my horrified face he quickly changed it to Wendy! haha hahaha no beeping comment. (i and i used to think his pants made me wanna get up and dance)

AND ACTION
well here i go again, i cant believe i have been so outta whack lately, first while i did have access to a pc my posts werent working and then i was completely without access for a few weeks but fear not i am back now and i guess i have a lot to say....well you would think so hey...
first of all i am at a local library which i s hilarious. i have finished my months worth of work here in Melbourne yet still remain a temp resident here. i am in fact house sitting now which is easy breezy but am abit spewing that my boss has had his computer taken to get fixed and upgraded while they are sunning it up in Italy, ha dont mind about this lil chicky who was planning to use it all day.....
i still waiting to hear back from the USA, guess they havent realised how cool i am yet!!
I been having some fun weekends which is no suprise as look where i am and who i am with!! i have been doing the whole public transport thing all over the place, although on a number of occasions i have had some close calls and nearly ended up in whoop whoop..... i think the motion of it all shakes my brain too much and switches on doughy mode..well thats my excuse anyway. couldve been my weeks savings that tree and i drank away in some dodgy chicken parma sports bar we found in the city..... it makes such a difference not having a car, and although i miss the drives home from the pubs and spending sneakers on Sundays down Beach road searching for the sun, i guess times are allowed to change, its hard to loosen this grip of mine tho.
had some random boy messing with my head for a day or to which was something new for me, and i still finding it hilarious. And although i couldve possibly given him the wrong number (as i never keen to give out that sort of information without having to do a Tony Soprano on yo ass) it still played with my mind for the first fews days.... how is it possible that i be the one waiting for my phone to ring...i dont do that!! If only our taxi driver didnt do a burn out while driving away from us we would never have invited this randon in for a wine at 3am, its a case of right or wrong place at the right or wrong time! jess you must never go to bed again!!!! ps i so totally thought he was gay! whats with that.....
having tree over tomorrow nmight i think, how fun it will be to play homes.
